The RV hook up is currently winterized and hard plumbed to a newly remodeled 33 ft. air stream trailer.  The half bath has a hot water tank which services the RV as well.

The property is part of an irrigation water association and has been allotted a 4 inch pipe of irrigation water off the main ditch.

This water currently flows through a series of small streams/canals throughout the property with some of the water discharging to the pond.

 

The pond has a small dock and several mature willow trees surrounding it, providing shade. 

Several outbuildings surround the barn.

One is currently being used for storing equipment such as rototiller, lawn mower, and diesel generator.

 

Two buildings are set up for raising chickens with built in nests, feeders, and automatic waterer.
