Fruit trees include several mature apple and plum trees, plus cherry, pear, and peach trees.

Completely fenced raised garden beds plus large gardening area.

Mullen, plantain, dandelion, and several varieties of mint are among the many wild herbs growing around the property.

Culinary herbs are maintained in one of the raised beds.

 

Wild blackberries provide privacy along fences.

The property is part of an irrigation water association and has been allotted a 4 inch pipe of irrigation water off the main ditch. 

This water currently flows through a series of small streams/canals throughout the property with some of the water discharging to the pond.

 

The pond has a small dock and several mature willow trees surrounding it, providing shade. 

Several outbuildings surround the barn. 

One is currently being used for storing equipment such as rototiller, lawn mower, and diesel generator.

 

Two buildings are set up for raising chickens with built in nests, feeders, and automatic waterer.

The tractor has several implements and attachments: brush hog mower, Fresno type box scraper, field drag, and blade, forks and plow which attach to front bucket.
