Morning Dove Ranch is located at the base of Mount Shasta which towers to a height of 14,179 ft. (4,322 m). We are 3.5 hours north of Sacramento and one hour south of the Oregon border, 5 minutes off of the I-5 corridor.
The city of Mt. Shasta is a quaint, alpine community of approximately 5,000 people situated at 3500 ft. amid forests of pine, cedar, and doug fir, interspersed with rivers, lakes, and streams. The town offers full services for shopping, medical/dental facilities, including a small hospital, and a full golf course/resort.
The greater Mt. Shasta area offers the most exclusive properties and highest property values in the county. (Siskiyou).
